가나 초콜릿 하우스 시즌 2는 부산 전포동에서 연 ‘DAY AND NIGHT’ 컨셉의 초콜릿 바입니다. 벽 전체를 짙은 갈색 우드 패널로 두르고 천장을 검정으로 마감해, 낮의 카페였던 시즌 1을 밤의 조도로 옮겼습니다. 중앙의 곡면 목재 아일랜드 바가 서서 마시는 자리와 앉는 자리를 하나의 곡선에 붙이고, 천장 조명 대신 테이블마다 올린 갓 램프가 좌석마다 독립된 빛의 섬을 만듭니다. 라탄 등받이 스툴과 샹들리에가 그 사이를 채우며, 디저트는 유리 돔을 씌워 바 위에서 완성해 내줍니다.
The second Ghana Chocolate House opened in Jeonpo-dong, Busan as a chocolate bar under the theme DAY AND NIGHT. Walls are wrapped entirely in dark brown timber panelling and the ceiling finished in black, shifting the daytime café of Season 1 into the light level of night. A curved timber island bar at the centre joins standing and seated positions along one line, and in place of ceiling fixtures a shaded lamp on each table creates a separate island of light per seat. Rattan-backed stools and chandeliers fill the space between, and desserts are finished on the bar under glass cloches.
