바삭바(Basak Bar)는 CJ제일제당 익사이클의 업사이클 스낵 ‘바삭칩’을 선보인, 초록 하나로 통일한 스낵바입니다. 프로젝트렌트 2호점의 전면을 통유리로 열고 바닥 전체에 인조 잔디를 깔아, 매장보다 잔디밭 위에 차린 간이 바에 가깝습니다. 좌석과 테이블은 맥주 케그를 그대로 세워 쓰고, 검정으로 마감한 벽 위에는 형광 초록 네온과 라인 드로잉만 남겼습니다. 스낵과 병맥주는 백라이트를 넣은 철제 선반에서 발광체처럼 놓이며, 해가 지면 초록빛이 통유리를 넘어 골목으로 번집니다.
Basak Bar was a snack bar built around a single colour, launching Basak Chip — the upcycled snack from CJ CheilJedang’s Excycle. The full frontage of Project Rent 2 was opened up in glass and the entire floor laid with artificial turf, making the place read less as a shop than as a temporary bar pitched on a lawn. Beer kegs stand in as seats and tables, and the walls, finished in black, carry nothing but fluorescent green neon and line drawings. Snacks and bottled beer sit on backlit steel shelving so the products themselves appear to glow, and after dark that green light spills through the glass into the alley.
