로티스 스낵바(Lotty’s Snack Bar)는 롯데월드호텔의 캐릭터 로티가 여름 한 철 부산 광안리로 자리를 옮긴 스낵바입니다. 광안로 ‘피셔맨’ 건물 1층의 전면 창을 모두 접어 열어 매장과 길 사이의 경계를 없애고, 골목에 그대로 면한 카운터석을 두었습니다. 벽과 카운터, 선반은 합판 원목으로 통일해 바탕을 깔고, 그 위에 로티를 새긴 파란 타일이 그리드로 반복되며 캐릭터가 장식이 아닌 마감재가 됩니다. 조리대는 카운터 너머로 열려 하이볼과 치킨이 만들어지는 과정이 객석에서 그대로 보이고, 열로 매단 구형 펜던트의 빛이 해가 진 뒤 길가로 번집니다.
Lotty’s Snack Bar moved Lotte World Hotel’s character Lotty to Gwangalli, Busan for a single summer. The full-height windows on the ground floor of the Fisherman building fold fully open, dissolving the boundary between shop and street and placing the counter seats directly onto the alley. Plywood lines the walls, counter and shelving as a base, over which blue tiles printed with Lotty repeat in a grid — the character reads as a finish material rather than decoration. The kitchen stays open across the counter so highballs and fried chicken are made in full view of the seats, and after dark a row of globe pendants spills light onto the street.
