나뚜루 시크릿 가든은 프로젝트렌트 올드타운점 한 채를 정원과 그 이면, 두 겹으로 구성한 공간입니다. 지상층은 천장에서 늘어뜨린 덩굴과 우드칩·자갈 바닥으로 실내를 정원으로 바꾸고, 원형 우드 테이블과 라탄 방석, 짚 파라솔, 빈백을 모두 낮게 두어 앉은 자세에 시선을 맞췄습니다. 구형 조명도 정원등처럼 바닥 가까이 내려옵니다. 짙은 초록 커튼으로 감싼 계단을 내려가면 빛을 차단한 미디어룸이 이어지고, 대형 타원 테이블의 상판과 벽면 전체에 꽃잎과 물의 영상이 흐릅니다. 디저트를 테이블에 올리면 영상이 반응해, 정원을 바라보던 자리가 정원 안에 놓이는 자리로 바뀝니다.
Natuur Secret Garden divided a single building at Project Rent Old Town into two layers — a garden, and what lies beneath it. On the ground floor, vines hung from the ceiling and a floor of wood chips and gravel turn the interior into a garden, with round timber tables, rattan cushions, straw parasols and beanbags all kept low so that sightlines match a seated posture. Even the globe lights drop close to the floor, like garden lamps. Down a stair wrapped in deep green curtain, a blacked-out media room follows, where footage of petals and water runs across the top of a large oval table and over every wall. Place a dessert on the table and the image responds — the seat shifts from looking at the garden to sitting inside it.
